The solar power generation prediction system according to an embodiment of the present invention collects necessary data including climatic element data including outdoor temperature and cell temperature of the solar module array and location data of sites where the solar module array is installed data collection unit; a physical model calculation unit for calculating physical model values based on the astronomical element values calculated based on the location data; a power generation estimation calculator configured to calculate an estimated power generation amount based on the physical model values; a machine learning operation unit that performs machine learning using the estimated power generation as an input and calculates a final power generation predicted value based on a result of the machine learning; and a control unit that selects any one of a plurality of machine learning models for each of the sites and sets setting values for the machine learning.
