FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dietary science, and can be used for diagnostics and treatment of patients with nutritional status disorders. The diagnostics is conducted using specially developed weighing platforms for measuring the body weight of bed-ridden patients, an electronic tape measure for measuring the length and girth of the body, an electronic caliper for measuring the thickness of acipodermal folds and a specially developed computer program for processing the obtained results in accordance with the current order. Based on the determination of provision of the body of the patient with energy, nutritional substances, a computer program is used to select and determine the necessary amount of an enteral nutrition product, accounting for the severity of the condition.;EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of severe patients receiving enteral nutrition, reduction in the time and labour consumption for performing the examinations and for processing thereof with the possibility of creating a computer database.;1 cl
