PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differentiation-inducing agent for inducing differentiation of somatic cells into osteoblasts and a method for inducing differentiation from somatic cells to osteoblasts. SOLUTION: A differentiation inducing agent for inducing differentiation of mammalian somatic cells into osteoblasts, which comprises a calcium phosphate material containing a metal and the metal is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ag, Ni and Mg.
