There is disclosed a communication system between improved base stations of a radio communication system by a broadcast / multicast type broadcasting mode. Each base station of each enhanced base station is configured to establish a backhaul type data transport link with at least one link entity of another enhanced base station in this broadcast mode. Data exchanges under the IP protocol carried out thanks to the invention are bidirectional, with acknowledgment and retransmission of lost data packets. Abstract figure: Figure 2
