Disclosed is a smart street lamp with a 5G base station monitoring function, which belongs to the technical field of smart street lamps. The smart street lamp comprises a base, wherein the bottom of the base is welded to a bottom plate; the base and the bottom of the bottom plate are both fixedly connected to a storage component; the storage component is internally provided with a transfer component; the top of the base is welded to a lamp post; the lamp post is connected to a sprayer which is in communication with the transfer component; the lamp post is provided with an air supply component below the sprayer; the top of the lamp post is connected to a collection component; the top of the right side of the lamp post is provided with a fixing block; and the fixing block is movably connected to a support rod. By means of providing the storage component, rainwater flowing into a storage cylinder from the ground can be stored, and when needed, the stored rainwater can be rapidly subjected to impurity removal and purification and is then sprayed into the air by means of the sprayer, so as to cool the air and achieve the aim of making road dust settle to improve the environment.
