Provided are a super-resolution imaging method and imaging system based on low-power stimulated emission depletion. The method comprises: by adjusting the position of a corner reflector (106) arranged in a first optical path, extending the optical distance of depletion laser light propagated in the first optical path, converting low-power Gaussian-type depletion laser light into annular depletion laser light, and the annular depletion laser light coinciding with excitation laser light and then focusing on and irradiating a sample, such that acquired fluorescence service life data includes both a confocal signal and a super-resolution signal; and separating a confocal image and an initial super-resolution image from a fluorescence signal by means of data processing, analyzing and processing the confocal image and the initial super-resolution image according to an image processing rule, and thus obtaining a target super-resolution image, the resolution of which has been further improved. By means of the method, damage to a biological sample is reduced by using low-power depletion laser light, a photobleaching effect on a fluorescent dye is reduced, the effective time of super-resolution imaging is prolonged, and a high-resolution image including fine structural features can be obtained.
