Provided are a method for quantitatively measuring expression levels of BST1, STAB1, and TLR4 genes and an application, specifically relating to an application of the BST1, STAB1 and TLR4 genes in a reagent for diagnosing early lung cancer. Lung cancer is the main cause of cancer deaths in most countries, and therefore early diagnosis and early treatment are particularly important. According to the occurrence and development mechanism of lung cancer, T cells interacting with lung cancer are used as research objects to provide an entirely new viewing angle for diagnosis of lung cancer. First, an early lung cancer patient is tested by means of a transcriptome sequencing technology, and peripheral blood of a normal person is sorted to obtain differentially expressed genes in CD8+PD-1+T cells; second, a sequencing result is verified by means of transcriptome trace library building and an RT-qPCR technology; then a sample size is increased, and differentially expressed gene profiles in the CD8+PD-1+T cells are determined to provide a new marker for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
