A compact high-voltage wiring terminal and a high-frequency transformer, comprising an insulator meeting a preset creepage distance. A first high-voltage conducting rod and a second high-voltage conducting rod are arranged in the insulator in parallel; the top ends of the first high-voltage conducting rod and the second high-voltage conducting rod extend out of a top surface of the insulator; the bottom ends thereof extend out of a bottom surface of the insulator; an upper insulating baffle is arranged at a position, between the top ends of the first high-voltage conducting rod and the second high-voltage conducting rod, of the top surface of the insulator; a lower insulating baffle is arranged at a position, between the bottom ends of the first high-voltage conducting rod and the second high-voltage conducting rod, of the bottom surface of the insulator; and the sizes of the upper insulating baffle and the lower insulating baffle meet a creepage distance between the first high-voltage conducting rod and the second high-voltage conducting rod. The compact high-voltage wiring terminal can achieve the connection and safety protection of two paths of high-voltage incoming and outgoing lines in one terminal, and assists with realizing miniaturization and lightweight of products which are required by high-voltage interconnection of a cascade type high-capacity high-frequency high-voltage transformer.
