A two-pack curable heat conductive grease composition which comprises a first pack and a second pack, wherein: the first pack contains 100 parts by weight of a liquid resin (A-1), from 140 parts by weight to 560 parts by weight of aluminum metal (B-1) having an average particle diameter of from 15 μm to 100 μm, one or more heat conductive fillers (C-1) which are selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride and boron nitride, while having an average particle diameter within the range of from 0.3 μm to 10 μm, and a hydrosilylation catalyst (D-1); the second pack contains 100 parts by weight of a liquid resin (A-2), from 140 parts by weight to 560 parts by weight of aluminum metal (B-2) having an average particle diameter of from 15 μm to 100 μm, and one or more heat conductive fillers (C-2) which are selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride and boron nitride, while having an average particle diameter within the range of from 0.3 μm to 10 μm; and at least either of the heat conductive fillers (C-1) or the heat conductive fillers (C-2) include a first heat conductive filler (C-1-1) or a first heat conductive filler (C-2-1), which is composed of one or more substances selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride and boron nitride, while having an average particle diameter of from 0.3 μm to 1.5 μm.
