A calculi removal device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a guide wire provided in a lumen of a catheter and moving inside the lumen; a capturing means extending from one end of the guide wire and configured to capture calculi while being pulled in and out from the catheter according to the movement of the guide wire; an expansion means configured such that one end of the catheter expands outward when external gas is injected; and an operation means for controlling the movement of the capturing means and the expansion means.
