An intelligent monitoring device for the transport of live fish, based on an Internet of Things Sensor, including an intelligent monitoring device:an oxygen supply unit used to supply oxygen in a container;a fish container conveyor used to carry a fish container using a delivery device that takes the fish container and holds it vertically; with which the fish container can be transported for successive delivery to any directional position in a delivery direction corresponding to the vertical position;a sensor unit to measure the activity of the fish in an aquarium;a processing unit used to process the information received from the sensor and to control the oxygen supply unit in the fish tank, the processing unit having the oxygen demand using processed information using computer commands; which are processed by the processor of the processing unit, whereby the processing unit controls the transport of the entire device by the signal received from a mobile computer unit using a communication unit.
