Stratification of the risk of virus-associated cancer

Provided herein are methods and systems for stratifying a subject''s risk of developing a pathogen-associated disorder based on analysis of cell-free nucleic acid molecules from a biological sample of the subject. In various examples, the screening frequency is determined based on a risk analysis. Also provided herein are methods and systems for analyzing variant patterns of pathogen genomes in cell-free nucleic acid molecules.
