Human Cell Deposition Extracellular Matrix Coatings for Textiles and Textiles

The process of forming a coated textile includes culturing human cells on fibers of the textile such that the human cells are deposited onto the textile to create a human extracellular matrix (hECM). The process also includes removing human cells from the hECM to provide a coating comprising a textile coated as a textile and a residue of hECM produced by the human cells and deposited on the textile during culturing. Coated textiles include textiles and coatings on textiles. The coating includes hECM in a state of cell deposition in the coating. The solid state bioreactor composition comprises a poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) adduct. PGS adducts include PGS and promoters or promoter precursors. Another method involves implanting the coated textile into a human. The coated textile is autograft. The coating comprises hECM deposited by human cells from a human.
