An NVH pad for a vehicle according to the present invention includes an outer pad; a support pad connected to the outer pad; and a pair of inner pads pivotably connected to both sides of the support pad, wherein the pair of inner pads includes a first inner pad pivotably connected to one side of the support pad through a first hinge connection portion and the support pad. A second inner pad may be pivotably connected to the other side of the pad through a second hinge connection portion.
