The present invention relates to a composition for a fixed-quantity Centella extract obtained by dispersing and stabilizing the centella extract, and also to a cosmetic composition comprising the same and a method for preparing the cosmetic composition. By using the dispersion-stabilized Centella quantitative extract composition of the present invention, it is possible to provide a cosmetic composition with improved formulation stability.
