A quad flapper capable of controlling a yaw moment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an upper frame; a lower frame spaced apart from the upper frame to face the lower frame; a first gear part or a second gear part formed between the upper frame and the lower frame and provided adjacent to the upper frame or the lower frame; a first driving unit or a second driving unit provided on the upper frame or the lower frame to drive the first gear unit or the second gear unit; two pairs of blades connected to the first gear unit or the second gear unit and driven by flapping; and an elastic unit provided on the lower surface frame to generate a yaw moment by using an elastic force generated by flapping driving of the wing.
