Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method for cancelling transmission of a configured grant uplink channel, a terminal device, and a network device. The invention enables a terminal device configured to transmit a CG-PUSCH to determine whether to cancel transmission of the CG-PUSCH after receiving ULCI information, thereby optimizing CG-PUSCH transmission. The method for cancelling transmission of a configured grant uplink channel comprises: a terminal device receiving first information, the first informstion indicating cancellation of transmission of a first uplink time-frequency domain resource; and the terminal device determining whether to cancel transmission of a configured grant uplink channel according to the first information.
