CLOTH IRONING EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN GARMENT AND APPAREL PRODUCTION

A cloth ironing equipment for use in garment and apparel production, comprising a fixed housing (1), a sliding rod (2) fixedly connected within the fixed housing (1), a vertical rod (4) slidably connected to the outer surface of the sliding rod (2) via a sliding sleeve (3), an ironing machine (5) fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the vertical rod (4), support blocks (6) fixedly connected to either the left or right side on the top of the fixed housing (1), a threaded rod (7) rotatably connected within both of the support blocks (6), and a threaded sleeve (8) threadedly connected to the outer surface of the threaded rod (7). The outer surface of the threaded sleeve (8) is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the vertical rod (4). By means of the collaboration between an electric motor (9), the threaded rod (7), and the threaded sleeve (8), the vertical rod (4) can be driven to move on the outer surface of the sliding rod (2), thus driving the ironing machine (5) to automatically iron garments, saving time and effort, and simplifying operation; furthermore, coupled with a telescoping rod (15) and a guide rod (13), the height of a placement board (14) can be adjusted, thus implementing adjustments to the degree of apparel ironing.
