Provided is an infrastructure structure deformation monitoring method based on BeiDou high-precision positioning. The method comprises the four steps of BeiDou satellite signal data collection, wireless network communication and data parsing, BeiDou real-time processing, and BeiDou post-processing, wherein the BeiDou real-time processing involves performing real-time updating and estimation on parameters by using Kalman filtering to obtain a real-time calculation result, and the BeiDou post-processing involves processing the real-time calculation result and historical result data by using dual Kalman filtering. According to the present invention, BeiDou original data can be collected in real time by using a BeiDou high-precision positioning device terminal, and calculation is then performed by means of a real-time and static post-processing algorithm and a processing flow, thereby realizing real-time and post millimeter-level deformation monitoring of infrastructure structures (such as high-rise buildings, dams, mountains, bridges and electric towers).
