Composite spinning equipment and a composite spinning process using the equipment, comprising an FDY spinning beam assembly, an FDY circular blowing apparatus, an FDY oiling apparatus (3), an FDY guide hook (4), a POY spinning beam assembly, a POY circular blowing apparatus, a POY oiling apparatus (3), and a POY guide hook (4). Multiple heat rollers are provided at the side edge of the FDY guide hook (4), and guide rollers and a winding mechanism are further comprised. An FDY raw material passes through the FDY spinning beam assembly, the FDY circular blowing apparatus, the FDY oiling apparatus (3), and the FDY guide hook (4); the spun FDY passes through the guide roller GR0 and then is wound on the multiple heat rollers for heating and stretching; a POY raw material passes through the POY spinning beam assembly, the POY circular blowing apparatus, the POY oiling apparatus (3), and the POY guide hook (4); the heated and stretched FDY passes through the guide roller GR1 and then enters the guide roller GR2 and the guide roller GR3 together with the spun POY for one-to-one composite; and the composite tow enters the winding mechanism for winding. The equipment can achieve one-step spinning of 32 composite yarns, thereby improving the spinning efficiency.
