Disclosed are reaction test paper, a detection chip and a detection system. The reaction test paper (100) comprises a substrate membrane layer structure (101) and a detection reagent, wherein the substrate membrane layer structure (101) has a water-absorbing capacity and comprises a detection layer (110), with the material of the detection layer (110) comprising cotton fibers or glass fibers; and the detection reagent is arranged in the detection layer (110) and is configured in such a way that same reacts with a sample to be subjected to detection and then enables the color of the substrate membrane layer structure (101) to change. By means of the reaction test paper (100), a sample to be subjected to detection can quickly and fully saturate the substrate membrane layer structure (101), and can react with the detection reagent in the substrate membrane layer structure (101), thereby shortening the detection time and improving the accuracy of an obtained detection result.
