A use of famitinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in preparation of a medication for treating a tumor having c-KIT or a PDGFRA mutation, in particular a use in preparation of a medication for treating gastrointestinal stromal tumor, testicular seminoma, a mast cell disease, melanoma, or acute myeloid leukemia having c-KIT or a PDGFRA mutation.
