The present invention provides information for assisting with the examination of process improvement.　This production process improvement assistance device is characterized by comprising: a performance data extraction unit that extracts performance data from measurement data relating to each of workers, machines, production equipment, and works in progress; a performance database creation unit that associates the extracted performance data relating to each of the workers, the machines, the production equipment, and the works in progress with a shared code and creates a performance database; and a productivity analysis unit that consults the performance database, analyzes changes of state in each of the workers, the machines, the production equipment, and the works in progress, and evaluates the productivity of a process.
