An oral image processing method according to a disclosed embodiment comprises the steps of: acquiring, at a first time point, a first oral image generated by scanning at least one tooth to which at least one orthodontic device is attached; acquiring, at a second time point following the first time point, a second oral image generated by scanning the at least one tooth to which the at least one orthodontic device attached thereto; extracting the at least one orthodontic device from each of the first oral image and the second oral image; acquiring movement information about the orthodontic device on the basis of the at least one orthodontic device extracted from the first oral image and the at least one orthodontic device extracted from the second oral image; and generating, on the basis of the movement information, a third oral image indicating movement of the at least one orthodontic device during the time from the first time point to the second time point.
