PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which is hard to be soiled or scratched, has excellent cosmeticity and visibility, is hard to cause friction when labels are stacked, is easy to handle, and has strong adhesive strength to a molded product. SOLUTION: The laminate has at least a heat-sensitive adhesive layer, a base material layer and a protective layer in this order, the base material layer has a thermoplastic resin film, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is a fatty acid composed of an amino group and a fatty acid group.
