Provided herein are perfusion fluids for enzymatically cleaving A antigen from donor organs, and related methods and uses. In particular, the perfusate fluid may include two enzymes, GalNAc deacetylase and galactosaminidase, and the perfusate fluid may further comprise a buffered extracellular solution and / or a clouding agent.
