Provided are a distributed device for monitoring electromagnetic interference along a high-speed rail in real time and a related method. The device arranges direct light source-based photonic RF acquisition front ends (10) along a high-speed rail as multiple monitoring points. The photonic RF acquisition front ends (10) amplify acquired electromagnetic signals and then modulate optical carriers having different wavelengths with the signals. After modulation, optical signals of different monitoring points are multiplexed by a wavelength division multiplexer (20), sent to a central station via a fiber link (30), and then decomposed into different channels by a wave decomposition multiplexer (40), so as to achieve time division multiplexing via an optical switch (50), and the different channels are input to a centralized processing module (60) in different timeslots to perform time domain and frequency domain analysis and information extraction. Hence, electromagnetic interference along a high-speed rail is monitored and classified, particularly high-speed rail vehicle-to-ground wireless communication interference. The monitoring device and the method use multi-point distributed acquisition and centralized processing, as well as simultaneous time domain and frequency domain detection, and thus can easily discriminate between electromagnetic interferences such as diagram interference and adjacent channel interference, helping improve high-speed rail operational safety and operational efficiency.
