The present invention discloses a method for calculating the blending effect parameters of crude oil blending. The method includes first performing driving parameter initialization; Next, setting the driving period and the target function weight; then acquiring the crude oil properties obtained by blending the component oil properties, the blending compounding method and the blending head point according to the operating cycle; and finally finding a solution for the blending effect parameter model provided in the present invention using an adaptive differential evolution intelligent optimization algorithm.
