Novel Pharmaceutical Formulation with Improved Stability Comprising Amorphous Empagliflozin

The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical formulation comprising an amorphous empagliflozin with improved stability and a method for preparing the same. The formulation containing the amorphous empagliflozin active ingredient according to the present invention exhibits very excellent stability because no transition to another crystalline form occurs for a long period of time even under accelerated/severe conditions such as high humidity and temperature.
