The present invention relates to a pillar earthquake-resistant reinforcement device and a reinforcement method using the same. According to the present invention, at least one reinforcing material is attached in a form to cover the edge of the pillar in order to reinforce the earthquake resistance of the pillar; and a binder mounting step in which a binder for binding the reinforcing material to the pillar is mounted on the outside of the reinforcing material so as to maintain the state in which the reinforcing material is attached to the pillar in the reinforcing material attachment step; A technique capable of augmenting it is disclosed.
