The present invention comprises 5 to 90% by weight of a liquid resin-based binder, 5 to 50% by weight of a filler, and 5 to 60% by weight of an aggregate, wherein the liquid resin-based binder includes n-butyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate in a weight ratio 40 to 70% by weight of a resin in the form of acrylic syrup obtained by dissolving a solid resin mixed in a ratio of 2-5:5-8 in methyl acrylate monomer, 5 to 35% by weight of n-butyl acrylate monomer to improve adhesion and toughness %, it relates to a repair material composition for concrete comprising 05-25 wt% of a urethane acrylic oligomer for improving elasticity and durability, and a method for repairing a concrete structure using the same. The repair material composition for concrete of the present invention has excellent high fluidity, elasticity, adhesion, flexural strength, tensile strength and durability, and has flexural toughness and waterproof function.
