A flexible heat dissipation sheet using the artificial graphite sheet which prevents layer separation of the artificial graphite sheet, improves the flexibility of the heat dissipation sheet, and additionally has an electromagnetic wave shielding function, and a manufacturing method thereof are proposed. A flexible heat dissipation sheet using an artificial graphite sheet according to the present invention is a mesh-shaped artificial graphite sheet, comprising: a heat dissipation layer having excellent heat transfer properties in a horizontal direction in which the mesh inner space is filled with a metal paste which is an organic material including first metal particles; a metal thick film layer formed on one surface of the heat dissipation layer; an adhesive layer comprising an adhesive comprising second metal particles having excellent heat transfer properties on the metal thick film layer; and an insulating adhesive layer formed on the other surface of the heat dissipation layer.
