The present invention relates to a pre-lithiation solution and a method for manufacturing a pre-lithiated negative electrode using the same, and the pre-lithiation solution and a method for manufacturing a pre-lithiated negative electrode using the same according to the present invention are sufficiently low in oxidation-reduction compared to the negative electrode active material. Through a simple process of immersing the negative electrode in the solution using a prelithiation solution having a potential, the lithium ions can be uniformly inserted throughout the negative electrode in the solution phase, and a high level of prelithiation can be achieved. The prelithiated negative electrode prepared by the above method has an ideal initial coulombic efficiency, and a lithium ion battery having a high energy density can be manufactured based on this. In addition, the prepared negative electrode has an advantage suitable for mass production based on excellent stability even in a dry atmosphere.
