The present invention provides a system for diagnosing a genetic type by analyzing a breast cancer tissue image, comprising: a first step of photographing H&E staining images of normal breast tissue and cancer tissue; Step 2 of performing image deep learning learning by marking regions showing different patterns from normal; Step 3 of reading a tissue image in which the genetic type of breast cancer has been confirmed with an algorithm developed; step 4 of verifying the read and verifying the algorithm; Step 5 of reading an unidentified breast cancer genotype tissue image; Step 6 of reading unidentified breast cancer tissue through immunological and molecular analysis; and seven steps of verifying the final algorithm by comparing the artificial intelligence test results with the experimental results; it relates to a clinical decision support system for diagnosing a genetic type of breast cancer by analyzing a biopsy breast cancer tissue image.
