The present invention provides for smooth evaporation and purification by increasing the contact area and time with a heating element in extracting oil components by thermal decomposition and distillation of the collected waste resin, and by removing tar components accumulated in the interior during the purification process. It relates to a refinery tower capable of producing refined oil with high purity.
