A plate or film for collecting and analyzing a sample is disclosed. A plate or film includes a surface and a plurality of slices from a sample immobilized to the surface. Further, a plurality of slices are cut from the sample to the same thickness, and the plurality of slices are placed on the surface of the plate or film according to the cutting order.
