The present invention relates to an IoT-based smart factory management system that can automatically collect and manage information on a production site using an IoT sensor. To this end, the present invention is installed in the field facility, a plurality of IoT sensors to collect data on the production site in real time; an ISC to which the plurality of IoT sensors are connected and for collecting data of a production site from the plurality of IoT sensors in real time; and a field information collection management server that collects, stores, and manages the information collected in real time from the ISC.
