A preparation method for a ratio electrochemical uric acid sensor based on a zinc-coordinated black phosphorus nanosheet composite and bio-enzyme catalysis, comprising using an ultrasonic liquid phase peeling of a black phosphorus crystal for preparing zinc-coordinated black phosphorus nanosheets Zn-BPNSs, using methylene blue MB and Zn-BPNSs for forming a composite Zn-BPNSs/MB, dropwise coating a composite dispersion liquid on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to form a Zn-BPNSs/MB@GCE modified electrode, adding an uric acid oxidase U0 to form UO/Zn-BPNSs/MB@GCE, adding a cross-linking agent chitosan CS to form a UO/Zn-BPNSs/MB/CSdGCE sensing interface, fitting a linear relationship between peak current intensity ratios IUA/IMB of uric acid UA and MB and UA concentrations, and constructing a novel ratio electrochemical uric acid sensor which can be used for the highly sensitive and selective quantitative detection of uric acid in biological samples.
