Disclosed are a phase shift unit, an antenna unit, a phased array unit, and a phased array. The phase shift unit comprises: a common end, a switch and two connection ends, wherein at least two branch ends are arranged on a transmission line between the two connection ends, the positions of the at least two branch ends on the transmission line are different, and a transmission line between every two adjacent branch ends comprises a delay line; the switch is configured to switch to a target branch end, and establish a connection between the target branch end and the common end, so that the common end is connected to the two connection ends to form two paths; each path is configured to establish a communication connection between the common end and a connection end corresponding to each path, and to transmit a signal, and a phase shift between the phase of an input signal of each path and the phase of an output signal of each path matches the delay line included in each path.
