A broadcast data mirroring service system and method of a smart TV and a smart phone for receiving a multi-channel broadcast signal are disclosed. The system includes a tuner and a channel decoder for receiving at least two or more broadcast channel signals from IPTV or terrestrial/cable/satellite channels, and receives broadcast signals of two or more broadcast channels and receives one of the broadcast signals (A1) is MPEG decoded to output video and audio data to a display and a speaker, and one of the broadcast signals (A1 or A2) is a smart TV that receives a multi-channel broadcast signal transmitted to a paired smart phone; and a smart phone that reproduces broadcast data transmitted from the smart TV after a connection with the smart TV receiving the multi-channel broadcast signal is established, wherein the smart phone receives a channel list from the set-top box of the smart TV, A broadcasting channel currently being played on the TV and a list of channels are displayed, and the user requests broadcasting data of a desired channel from the smart TV for the channel list, and the broadcasting data is transmitted to the smart phone and played.
