The present invention includes a surface treatment step of treating the surface of the HDH titanium powder to be hydrophobic, wherein the surface treatment step is performed using any one selected from the group consisting of a silane-based compound, a phosphorus-based compound, a surfactant, and a combination thereof. It provides a surface treatment method for improving the fluidity of the titanium powder for additive manufacturing, and the titanium powder for additive manufacturing produced thereby.
