FIELD: liquid processing.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for generating liquid containing ultrafine bubbles, as well as to a device for producing liquid containing ultrafine bubbles. The device contains: a flow tank made with the possibility to accumulate liquid in a position that includes a given area; a heating element made with the possibility to generate ultrafine bubbles in liquid by heating liquid in the specified given area so that to initiate film boiling in liquid; a pressure chamber including at least part of the specified given area; a supply channel for supplying liquid to the pressure chamber; and an ejection hole communicating with the pressure chamber. Liquid inside the pressure chamber is ejected from the ejection hole due to the energy of bubbles generated during film boiling in liquid. The first liquid collector for collecting liquid ejected from the ejection hole is made in such a way that liquid collected in the first collector can be moved into a sealed second liquid collector, which is attached and detached from the device for producing ultrafine liquid bubbles, while ultrafine bubbles have a diameter of less than 1.0 mcm.
