The present disclosure relates to a method for predicting an overpass occurring in the coast. The method for predicting a wave comprises the steps of: selecting a region for predicting a moon wave, acquiring a plurality of first moon wave data items in the selected region, and a plurality of first numerical data items for at least one of weather or wave; generating an overpass risk prediction model that predicts the risk of overtaking to occur in an area using a plurality of first overlying data items and a plurality of first numerical data items; at least of first overlying data and weather or waves in the area obtaining second numerical data for one, wherein a time associated with the obtained second numerical data is equal to or later than a time associated with the obtained first overlying data; and generating the first overlying data and the second overlying data. Including the step of inferring the local overwave risk by input to the risk prediction model.
