Disclosed are a realistic cognitive rehabilitation training table and a cognitive rehabilitation training method using a hologram. The sensory cognitive rehabilitation training table using a hologram according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a basic table; a display panel that is foldably installed on the upper plate of the base table; a space panel rotatably installed on the upper end of the display panel; a hologram generating module for implementing a hologram object in a training space formed by the upper plate of the base table, the display panel, and the space panel by irradiating light beams having coherence to the display panel; a camera installed on the space panel and photographing the training space; and a control module that analyzes the spatial image captured by the camera to recognize the trainee's hand entering the training space, and generates a designated event when the trainee's hand is overlapped with the hologram object.
