The present invention relates to an Aspergillus niger M15-F16 strain, and the Aspergillus niger M15-F16 strain of the present invention has an effect of significantly increasing citric acid production during production of fermented or distilled liquor. In particular, the Aspergillus niger M15-F16 strain according to the present invention is derived from red bean, and by applying it to the production of traditional wine, traditional wine rich in taste and flavor can be prepared.
