Gastric cancer treatment by combining XELOX, FOLFOX, or each of its components with TTFIELD

Methods are provided for treating gastric cancer and reducing the survival rate of gastric cancer cells by administering folinic acid, fluorouracil and oxaliplatin to a subject and applying an alternating electric field to a target site in the subject. In some cases, an alternating electric field is applied to the subject after chemotherapy, such as XELOX, FOLFOX, and individual components thereof, is administered to the subject.
