The present invention relates to a rapid paving method for reducing traffic control on a road surface due to ground subsidence, and determines a repair method according to the condition of ground subsidence, and promptly repairs or temporarily paves a precast concrete panel by lifting and grouting according to the decision. It aims to reduce traffic control by carrying out maintenance work during times of low traffic volume while simultaneously performing maintenance work. The rapid paving method for reducing traffic control on the road surface due to ground subsidence according to the present invention is a repair method using the lifting of the existing precast concrete panel (1) because the ground subsidence section is narrow, and one side is inclined downward due to ground subsidence.
