In the claimed method, direct and scattered with objects radio signals from broadband transmitters of radioelectronic systems for various purposes are received by an array of antennas and converted into digital signals. The digital signals are converted into a direct S and scattered signals for the selected azimuth-elevation directions of reception. For each selected direction of reception, a scattered signal cleaned from direct and scattered by stationary objects signals is formed, stored together with the values of the azimuth-elevation direction of reception and the direct signal S. The direct signal S is converted into vector signals of the complex phasing function and stored. For each selected direction of reception, the cleaned signal together with the vector signal is converted into a medium noise energy signal, based whereon the threshold value corresponding with the current node of the coordinate grid is obtained, wherein the value of the doubled modulus of the correlation coefficient between the cleaned and the hypothetical signals is compared with said threshold value. If the threshold value is exceeded, a complex echo signal is formed at the current node of the coordinate grid, otherwise the value of the complex echo signal is assumed to be zero. The formed echo signals are then combined into a matrix signal of the resulting complex time-frequency image , according to the local maximums of the square of the modulus whereof the number of scattered radio signals in the selected azimuth-elevation direction is determined, and the detection and spatial localisation of the radio-silent objects is performed.;EFFECT: increased speed of spatial localisation of radio-silent objects.;1 cl, 1 dwg
