The utility model relates to computer technology and can be used for the automated determination of estimates of the probability of no-failure operation of recoverable technical systems (TS), the uptime of which corresponds to the Weibull distribution.;The useful model can find wide application in research and development work when assessing the reliability of created and modernized vehicles with different structures.;The purpose of the utility model is to create a device with extended functionality that allows using information about the vehicle test results at different stages of vehicle development, as well as solving the problem of determining estimates of the probability of a vehicle's trouble-free operation with a variable state of vehicle failure rate and limited time and technical and economic resources. This goal is achieved by the fact that this device is due to the use of a control unit, a constant input unit, three subtraction blocks, three exponentiation blocks, three division blocks, five multiplication blocks, eight integration blocks, two interpolation blocks, a block for displaying information and organizing links between them allows to implement the method of unbiased estimation of the probability of failure-free operation of technical systems based on test results.;The use of the proposed device will expand the functionality and scope of its application, ensure high accuracy and reliability of the resulting estimates of the reliability of the vehicle, as well as increase the efficiency of obtaining estimates of the reliability of complex vehicles based on limited statistical information obtained from the results of testing or operation.
