Disclosed in the present invention is a blind guiding robot, comprising: a base, wherein the base is provided with a movable lock assembly, and a plurality of wheels and a driving assembly connected to the wheels are mounted on the base; a connecting rod hingedly connected to the base, wherein the tail end of the connecting rod is movably connected to the movable lock assembly, and has a locking state and an unlocking state; a handle provided on the starting end of the connecting rod, wherein the bottom of the handle is provided with a clamping ring; a rotating assembly provided between the handle and the connecting rod, and comprising a rotating disc and a steering machine, wherein the rotating disc is embedded in the clamping ring; and a detector provided on the base and electrically connected to the steering machine and the driving assembly. The present invention detects a road condition in real time by means of the detector, controls the driving assembly to adjust the direction and speed of the wheels, and controls the steering machine to drive the rotating disc and the handle to rotate, and thus, a user perceives and adjust a direction, and the present invention is accurate in control, smart in blind guiding, wide in application scene range, and high in usage flexibility. When not used, the connecting rod is locked by means of the movable lock assembly, thereby avoiding the connecting rod from toppling; and when in use, the handle is pulled to unlock the connecting rod, and thus, the operation is convenient and the safety is high.
